March 11 – Acts 2:2; “And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.”
March 10 – Matthew 1:21; “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins”.
March 9 – Romans 5:19; “For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous”.
March 8 – Matthew 11:21-2; “Woe unto thee, Chorazin! Woe unto thee, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes”.
March 7 – 1 Corinthians 10:4; “And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ”.
March 6 –The first time the followers of Jesus were called Christians is recorded in Acts 11:26b; “And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.”
March 5 – We can take refuge in remembering Jesus’ promise to us in John 14:16; “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever”.
March 4 – Acts 5:41; “And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name”.
March 3 – During the last supper Jesus told the disciples that his blood would be shed for them. Matthew 26:28; “For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins”.
March 2 – Romans 5:18; “Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life”.
