Baptisms for the Dead

Moroni 10:26; “And wo unto them who shall do these things away and die, for they die in their sins, and they cannot be saved in the kingdom of God; and I speak it according to the words of Christ; and I lie not.”

John 3:5; “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”

The following questions are just some of the things that go through my mind regarding baptisms for the dead. Mind you, I don’t mean any disrespect but I am praying the Mormons will ask themselves these same questions in addition to their own before submitting themselves to this necromancy that goes on in their temples.

1. Why baptize for the dead if even their prophet Moroni says people can’t be saved if they die in their sins?

2. How can you be born again if you’re already literally dead?

3. Why be baptized for dead people when you don’t know who they are or what they did in their lives?

4. Why baptize dead people who hated God when they were alive?

5. How do you know if someone hated God when they lived?

6.Where is the evidence the people you’re being baptized for wanted to join Mormonism?

7.What biblical proof is there that God wants/needs for you to do this?

8. When are the dead people notified they’ve been baptized by proxy?
