Tip of the Day, July 10
July 10 – Ps. 71:1; “In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.”

This is what you can pray for the young Mormon girl or boy. Pray there’s no confusion for them while reading the Book of Mormon. It’s difficult at best trying to keep things straight when you learn one thing at school and then something totally opposite at church as a Mormon.
It confuses your brain and subsequently you begin thinking you’re at fault; that’s when self-loathing sets in to plague your heart. In this next passage there were no cattle or horses of any kind in the Americas in the pre-Columbus era, but the Mormon won’t give this a second thought.

Enos 1:21; “And it came to pass that the people of Nephi did till the land, and raise all manner of grain, and of fruit, and flocks of herds, and flocks of all manner of cattle of every kind, and goats, and wild goats, and also many horses.”
