Blacks Sinned in the Pre-existence

If this is carried further, it would imply that the Negro is punished or alloted to a certain position on this earth, not because of Cain’s transgression, but came to earth through the loins of Cain because of his failure to achieve other stature in the spirit world.” – William E. Acts 17:26-27; “And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:”

 As we can plainly see in this biblical text there is nothing alluding to the fact that anyone was cursed. In fact the Apostle Paul declared that all nations were one blood and God is the one that appointed this.
