2 Nephi 2:6 “Wherefore, redemption cometh in and through the Holy Messiah; for he is full of grace and truth.”

John 1:14: “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

Nephi’s description of Jesus isn’t the Jesus that Mormons believe.

Foregoing the problems that Nephi’s words are:

1.An anachronism, because Messiah is a Greek word (Greek came along c. BC 323)

2.Mormons don’t believe in the Trinity which is what the Apostle John was referring to in his gospel…

Nephi is guilty of plagiarism.

If the BoM was truly inspired of God, why are there so many problems?

If you’re LDS, what are your thoughts about this? Do you believe Jesus is God incarnate? Robert Millet said in no uncertain terms that Mormon do not believe in the Trinity. See Trinity, Some Members are Subordinate for more info.

Please know that we’re praying for you, and hope you’ll be honest with yourself as you study Joe Smith’s claims.
