Many Nations, Two Kingdoms

13 November

1 Nephi 14:10Dolomites alpine region of Toblach; “And he said unto me: Behold there are save two churches only; the one is the church of the Lamb of God, and the other is the church of the devil; wherefore, whoso belongeth not to the church of the Lamb of God belongeth to that great church, which is the mother of abominations; and she is the whore of all the earth.”

Ezekiel 37:22; “And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.”

2 Corinthians 4:4; “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

Numerous nations, aka religious groups, in this world preach their version of truth with their prophets and pontiffs proclaiming they alone speak for God. We see Catholics, Mormons, JW’s, Masons and other ne’er-do-wells, leading people on a highway to hell instead of the ‘Highway of Holiness’ that leads to salvation. Isaiah 35:8-9

The Name over the Doorway

Make no mistake, anyone claiming to be “Christian’ while leaving out truth, be it the Baptists, Lutherans, Methodists, et al, are in danger of not going to heaven. Being a member of a certain denomination is no guarantee you’ll be saved.

Matthew 23:37 “Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.”

There are only two kingdoms on this earth – the kingdom of God and the kingdom of the god of this world, who is the devil. See 2 Corinthians 4:4 above.

Those who wholly accept the Jesus of the Bible totally and truthfully, will receive life everlasting, just as He tells us in John 3:36

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”

Those who reject the Jesus of the Bible are facing the wrath of God because His word tells us we’ve all sinned, and are in need of a Savior. The Good News is that God doesn’t want us to die, nor was it ever His intent for man to do so!

Ezekiel 33:11 “Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?”

The verse in Ezekiel totally contradicts Mormonism, so now what? If you’re LDS, we beg you to evaluate what the Bible says, and compare it with your Book of Mormon. Please, do this before it’s too late!
