Holy Spirit Leaves When We’re Angry

18 November

Hebrews 13:5 “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

Ensign, “Come, Follow Me”, November 2016; “Let us remember, the most robert halesimportant work we do in our families is through the power of the Holy Ghost. Whenever we raise our voices in anger, the Spirit leaves our companionships and families. When we speak in love, the Spirit can be with us. Let us remember that our children and grandchildren measure our love by how much devoted time we give them. Above all, don’t lose patience and don’t give up!” — Robert D. Hales

John 14:16-18; “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.”

The treacherous lies don’t seem to have an end! Their lies are a bottomless pit of venom, and it doesn’t take but a moment to look in God’s word to see how it utterly contradicts everything these people teach as doctrine.

Oh beloved, God would never desert you! When we call upon Him to live inside us, He’s there permanently!

Please, when you have time over this holiday, take a moment with your Mormon friends and loved ones, to ask them what they think of this major contradiction. Know that if you’re LDS, we’re praying for you!
