Congrats to the team who produced and won big at the Tony Awards on Sunday night!
Nine awards were won by the team who by all accounts put on a fantastic portrayal of how the Book of Mormon came to be.
I remember a few years back receiving a phone call late one night from a pastor friend of mine telling me to set my DVR so I could watch South Park that night. Up to that night I’d never heard of it…my I’m old!
So Kirk and I watched the show and I have to tell you that aside from the foul language, these guys were right on. I can’t think of one thing they had portrayed that was false. Kirk and I will be going to Boston and NY in a few weeks so we may just have to make a day of it and go to our first Broadway play…I wonder if they’ve cleaned up their vocabulary…
