We Want to Hear Your Testimonies

01 November

We’re in the process of finding a new home for LAM and would like to feature your testimonies out of Mormonism on our new website and blog. If you would like to have your testimony of how you came out of Mormonism and to a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ please send them to melissa@lifeafter.org

Your video should touch on:

  1. A little about your church background. If you were raised Mormon or converted from another religion.
  2. If you left by yourself or with your family.
  3. How long you were a Mormon and how long you’ve been out.
  4. What made you start to question the church and eventually leave.
  5. What your walk with Jesus is like now.
  6. And anything else that’s prevalent to your testimony.

That being said we don’t want to videos to be too long, about three to five minutes. Our concern is if they get to be too long people will lose interest, and we don’t want them to miss out on hearing what God has done in your life.

Thank you for your help with this project. We pray that through this endeavor many will be drawn out of Mormonism and God will be glorified.

In Christ,

Melissa Grimes

    Greetings:

After spending 30+ years as a Mormon missionary, and nearly 15 years of intense research into Mormon history and doctrine, and the Mormon psyche, I can say with confidence that to be a Christian after Mormonism is to commit oneself to informing and convincing prospective Mormons that LDS theology is pagan and polytheistic. Most Christians won’t go any further with the Mormon missionaries if they firmly realize that true Mormon theology is not Biblical, and that it actually contradicts the doctrines contained in the Book of Mormon.

Mormon history is overly-debatable, and the convolution of Mormon doctrine over 185 years is debatable to Mormon apologists, but the truth about Mormon theology and its origin from the 1844 King Follett Discourse is irrefutable if you have the 1984 Melchizedek Priesthood Study Guide, Lesson 21, “Man May Become Like God.” If you want to stop the growth of the Mormon Church, you must reach the families and individuals that the full-time Missionaries are teaching and give them a copy of Lesson 21, and explain to them how it refutes Christian doctrine. In “Lesson 21” is the fullness of the pagan and polytheistic theology of Mormonism, which is in total contradiction to what those missionaries are telling them about the Book of Mormon and its basis for Mormon theology. “Lesson 21” is a recitation of the King Follett Discourse that the Mormons only publish on ever quarter-century for the sake of plausible deniability. Those missionaries may not even know about Lesson 21.

It takes work, but life after Mormonism involves bringing souls to Christ who will be lost to Mormonism if they are not made aware of Mormon theology. You have to track those infernal missionaries and find out who they are teaching, and then get the information to those gullible Christians before they are deceived into accepting Mormonism. One a person, a Christian, is persuaded to accept Mormonism and submits to Mormon baptism, the human condition of cognitive dissonance, a tool of the devil, sets-in that makes it very difficult to persuade that person that he, or she, has made a mistake.

It’s not just about rejoicing that you are personally out of Mormonism. It’s about saving souls for Jesus. Get in contact with me, and I’ll tell you how I’m going about the process. God will bless you in your efforts!

    Sincerely,
    Norton R. Nowlin, M.A.
