Thought of the Day about Mormonism and the Multitude that Fell to the Earth

All I can say is really?

3 Nephi 11:12; “And it came to pass that when Jesus had spoken these words the whole multitude fell to the earth; for they remembered that it had been prophesied among them that Christ should show himself unto them after his ascension into heaven.” – 34 AD

Multitude:

Latin word originating in 1275 AD meaning: a great number, crowd, throng, numerous

Okay so I have more to say – surprise I’m sure.  😉  Why did Smith use the word multitude if this is a Latin word?  Remember, he claimed there was no Greek or Latin upon the plates…

Picture in your mind an entire multitude of people falling to the ground when they remembered what God said.  If you believe that I have that infamous bridge to nowhere for you to contemplate buying from me.

The more you find like that, the worse it gets! I never heard of this anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous. Like people living on the sun…

I know. And what’s so terribly sad about it is how people believe this stuff.
