octrine and Covenants 20:28
“Which Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are one God, infinite and eternal, without end. Amen.” — April 1830

Doctrine and Covenants 130:22 “The Father has a body of flesh and bones as tangible as man’s; the Son also; but the Holy Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones, but is a personage of Spirit. Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not dwell in us.” — April 22, 1843

John 1:114 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

Every student of Mormonism is acutely aware of how Smith’s ideologies changed over time. Our references today are a stark example of this.

If you’re LDS, which story from Joseph Smith do you believe?

I know that when I was a member of the Church I thought I was following and believed, the God of the Bible. His word is where I turned when looking for info on what Jesus said to His followers.

Today, my concern for members is the same as it was when I was LDS.

Who’s telling the truth? Is it the Bible, or Joe Smith? Both sources can’t be right. It grieves my heart deeply knowing there are people who are going through the same turmoil I went through more than two decades ago.

I pray, along with our team here at Life After, members of the Church will see and accept the simple evidence we’ve presented here.

Above all, we pray you’ll know how much the Lord truly loves each and every Mormon and desires for to have a relationship with them personally.

With Love in Christ;

Michelle
