Mormon Dilemma 320

Personal Revelations from God

You Know Enough, Liahona and New Era, June 2012; “We each have moments of spiritual power, moments of inspiration and revelation. We must sink them deep into the chambers of our souls. As we do, we prepare our spiritual home storage for moments of personal difficulty.” —Neil L. Andersen

Isaiah 38:18; “For the grave cannot praise thee, death can not celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth.”

I can only pray that when, not if but when, a Mormon begins wondering why things aren’t matching up with the Bible and their prophets their personal revelation will lead them out the door of Mormonism.

It’s not easy leaving Mormonism as it’s not like going out and finding another church even though that’s difficult enough. Mormonism is a culture and heritage that you’ve bonded to your soul through the activities of temple worship, endowments, baptisms for the dead, etc.

It’s unlike any Christian church known to man. Leaving is one of the hardest things a Mormon will ever do in their lifetime – I know.
