Is God Obligated to Us?

Discourses of Brigham Young, pg 155; “My faith is, when we have done all we can, then the Lord is under obligation, and will not disappoint the faithful; he will perform the rest. 4:91.”

Exodus 33:19; “And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.”

According to what God’s word says, He’s not!
