LDS Temple Mormons Reject God, and Their Own Canon, but Don’t Give Up Hope!

09 February

Moses 4:4; “And he became Satan, yea, even the devil, the father of all lies, to deceive and to blind men, and to lead them captive at his will, even as many as would not hearken unto my voice.”

John 8:44; “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

Genesis 3:5; “For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

In their hurry and blind ambition to become gods themselves someday, my people have rejected not only our dear Lord, but their own false god as well.

Moses 4:4 speaks to the insanity of frenzied minds who obey, and follow man over God, no matter the cost. Tragically this, like a train wreck waiting to happen, won’t end well for any of them.

In part 2 of the Mormon Temple Ceremony, Adam and Eve are found ‘hearkening’ to the words of Lucifer. As he instructs Eve to take of the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge, she wistfully obeys Satan’s command for the opportunity to know what the gods know.

Why Mormons won’t even take  heed to their false gospel is a sign this isn’t about flesh and blood, but the powers and principalities of the air as it says in Eph. 6:11-12. We’re asking for Christians to pray diligently for their salvation today!

I was a Mormon for 30 years. In the last 13 years of my  Mormon life, I had people from all over the world witnessing to me about the truth of Jesus Christ. I know it seemed fruitless to many of my friends when year after year, I rejected the invitation to know the Lord.

That said, however, there finally came a day when I reached out and sought His mercy for my life. The seemingly endless hours of witnessing hadn’t fallen on deaf ears – PTL! I listened to the majority of reasons people put before me, and kept them at the forefront of my thoughts.

If you’re a Christian and believe your witnessing won’t ever do any good, I’m living proof not to give up on the dear Mormon! I can’t count the number of people who witnessed to me, and I’m certain I’ve not remembered all of them, but there were more than enough to convince me to turn to the Lord for salvation.

If your friends/loved ones seem like they’re the die-hard temple Mormon who will never listen, take my advice, and toss the doubts.

With Love in Christ;

Michelle
