Glenn L. Pace Dies

22 May

On Tuesday May 16, 2017 Glenn Pace passed away in Bountiful, UT at the age of 77. Glenn Pace was an Elder and Leader in the Mormon Church. Apparently one of the things he was known for was a memo he wrote about the satanic ritualistic child abuse that was going on in the Mormon Church.

In the early 1990’s the Tanner’s of Utah Light House Ministries were presented with a copy of a memo written by Mr. Pace stating that he had met with several individuals who claimed to be victims of ritualistic child abuse in the Mormon Church.

According to the Tanner’s report Pace strongly believed the reports of abuse where true. He claimed that many “bishops, a patriarch, a stake president, temple workers, and members of the Tabernacle Choir” could have been involved in the abuse. The Tanner’s article states “he does not believe the Mormon Church itself is behind the satanic activity; instead, he feels that “the Church is being used.”

If true, this is heartbreaking. I can honestly say that I never witnessed, or heard of any kind of abuse going on in the Mormon Church when I was a member. If this has occurred in the Church, or is occurring now we pray for those victims and for those perpetrating the abuse to be brought to justice.

In Christ,

Melissa Grimes
