Black Ancestry Prevents True Mormon Salvation

Acts 17:26; “And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation”.

Diary Excerpts of Thomas A. Clawson, Signature Books Library; “– 105 years ago today – Mar 11, 1912 — [Thomas A. Clawson] “Our Bishops (Sic) Meeting was held at 9 P.M. and the matter of bro. Ridge having Negrow (Sic) bleed in him came up and bro Pennock was invited to tell us what he knew. He said that his wife’s sister who had married bro Ridge in England had told her that, he bro Ridge, said that his great grandmother on his Mothers (Sic) side was a negress. Of course this news came as a great blow and surprise to her and going to the Temple she had ask (Sic) Prest Anthon H. Lund if they would ever be able to go to the Temple and he answered “I am afraid not.” She then ask (Sic) him if she should leave her husband and he replied “I cannot advise you upon that subject.”” http://amzn.to/newmormonstudies

James 2:9; “But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors”.

Malachi 2:10; “Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?”

I received an interesting e-mail from Today in Mormon History which is an ugly reminder of the LDS’ past. It was also a reminder that instead of renouncing their sin for being racist, they merely changed the outside of their sepulcher.

Proverbs 28:13; “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.”

Now what?

Imagine the horror this family faced after divesting all they had monetarily, mentally, and spiritually to this organization. Are these the words of a benevolent God?

Why didn’t this man tell the woman she shouldn’t get divorced over this?

As fond as the Mormon Church seems to be of living the Law, and applying OT teachings in the age of grace, we must ask why they’re not living all of it. Why have they ignored Malachi 2:10?

Each time I read things like this I’m transported back to the days of growing up in Utah Mormonism. I didn’t dare tell anyone that my  father’s family is black Welsh. Doing so would have brought further condemnation on my long list of shortcomings for being perfect.

Please, pray for those caught in this web of lies! And pray God will show them the way out so they can have a saving knowledge of Him!
